Begin with the workplace
A pale blazer, light blouse and blue jeans can work in a suitable informal office. Tall white boots give the combination a distinct accent. First check whether denim and that shoe choice suit your appointments. A blazer does not replace knowing the actual expectations. Choose other trousers or a quieter pair of shoes for a more formal occasion while keeping the pale upper combination. Try the blouse and blazer without extra accessories before deciding whether jewellery or a colourful bag contributes anything you need. The base should work before the accent becomes the focus.
Test jeans and boot shafts together
If you want to tuck jeans into tall boots, the shaft needs enough space. Check the fabric around the ankle and sit down. Do not force a fastening closed simply to contain an oversized fold. Another jean width or shoe pair may feel better. If the hem will sit over the shaft, see whether it catches while walking. Both arrangements depend on the actual cuts. A universal rule for all jeans and tall boots would overlook those differences. Use ordinary movement to decide rather than treating one way of wearing them as compulsory.
Keep the pale upper layers movable
Reach forward in the blazer and check its shoulders over the blouse. The button front and waistband should remain comfortable when seated. The blouse also needs to suit the day alone if you remove the jacket. Choose a document bag for the required size, test its strap on the blazer and keep small items separate from important papers. An outer layer needs enough shoulder room. This keeps the white boots a deliberate addition to a functioning work outfit rather than requiring rearrangement whenever you move between the journey and your desk.
